As a part of the ADB TA program, the ADB TA team conducted a 2-day online training workshop for the engineers of Karnataka ESCOMs. The training workshop was attended by more than 175 engineers more than from BESCOM, HESCOM, GESCOM and CESC.
The training covered an overview of solar PV sector, major components of PV system, site feasibility and due diligence, grid interconnection, inspection procedure and commercial settlement. Key guests included Mr. Jigar Bhatt, Senior Project Officer, ADB and Mr. Prakash V, General Manager (Projects), CESC Mysore.
